It is the newest addition to our portfolio of luxurious gourmet-inclusive resorts, an upscale boutique resort only for adults. Down here you may walk a mile of beach and not leave the resort. You may be relaxed and elegant all at once. At El Dorado Seaside Suites you may enjoy the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, and still have it all.
The Cuisine is superb. Following the trend from our sister resort, El Dorado Royale, we have implemented our signature Gourmet Inclusive concept here as well. There is a variety of options, none of which includes buffet lines as all restaurants serve a’ la Carte only. They do include authentic Mexican, Asian, Italian as well as International cuisine with a daily changing menu. The bars feature the famous swings, trans-forming the overall experience of the resort. A new lounge beckons with cool music and even cooler drinks.
All 280 rooms are suites, with lovely décor and romantic four post beds and all are just a few steps from the beach. Beach beds line the shore. The 24-hour room service is included, of course. As are the beverages and many other activities, amenities, and services. All rooms are smoke free friendly.
Official vacation activities at Seaside Suites: beach bumming, beach lounging, beach volleyball, romantic walks on the beach, beach massages, fish feeding, snorkeling, kayaking, and tons of activities for landlubbers too. A variety of options awaits. None, however includes buffet lines. All restaurants serve a´la Carte only. VIDA garden grill an other "Gourmet Inclusive®" concept Opening march 15, 2007. Gourmet Inclusive means that we only use the finest authentic ingredients and produce most of our foods in house. Each property bakes their own bread and pastry on a daily basis. We make our own pasta. All of our sauces are made from scratch. We do not believe in pre-made or canned foods
VIDA Restaurant
A Garden grill & Margarita lounge. VIDA (which means life in Spanish), is located in the Heart of the El Dorado seaside suites surrounded by lush tropical gardens. VIDA a truly creative Latino fusion cuisine. Intense yet easy going flavors and color full presentations as a spring garden.
Meal dishes that will suit you after a day of sunbathing or other exhausting vacation activities abundant salads, pasta main courses, mouth watering preparation from the grill are just a few of the dishes you can encounter on the well balanced menu. Beautiful tropical plants, indirect lighting and an audio that compliments the culinary creations are what make this hip new Mexican atmosphere.
VIDA no reservations required, dining under a palapa tached roof and fully air-conditioned restaurant. Open for breakfast 7:00 am to 11:00 am, lunch 12:30pm to 02:00pm and dinner a la carte 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Non smoking restaurant.
Arrecifes Restaurant
Serves specialty cuisine. Chefs menu changed daily. No Reservation required. Non smoking restaurant. Dress code required: Semi formal, pants or bermudas, sleeved shirt, any kind of shoes except beach sandals.
Features continental breakfast from 06:00 am to 07:00 am. A la Carte breakfast from 07:00 am to 10:30 am, continental breakfast 10:30 am to 11:30 am, a la carte lunch from 12:30 pm to 04:00 pm and a la carte specialty dinner from 05:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
La Carreta Restaurant
Serves authentic Mexican Cuisine. Features Mexican Gourmet cuisine a la carte. Non smoking restaurant. Dress code required: Semi formal, dress shorts or pants, sleeved shirt, dress shoes or sandals (no tennis shoes or beach sandals). Klay Talay Restaurant

Wood burning oven pizzas served to order, and a selection of Angus burgers, gourmet bites among other succulent Mexican "botana" preparations. Open from 11 :30 am to 6:00 pm.

Las Guacamayas Bar
Bar with swings. Located next to Los Arrecifes for cold Mexican beers, cheladas, exotic cocktails or aged Tequila with tropical music under a traditional palapa. Open from 10:00 am to 02:00 am.
Swim-up Bar Arrecifes
Swim-Up Bar pool bar to enjoy all kinds of drinks. Open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
