As Aphrodite Travel is established within Germany it is exempted under UK law from the requirement to hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) in order to organise packages including flights for sale to UK customers. Aphrodite Travel has made arragements to comply with German package organiser financial protection requirements, and these arragements will financially protect UK customers in the event of Aphrodite Travel's failure.
