On submitting an inquiry form you provide us with your personal data. You are therefore, prior to submission of an inquiry form, required to accept our General Terms & Conditions and consent to the storage of your personal data.

Should you book a holiday with us, all collected data are to be used solely for the purpose of completing the said transition. Your personal data will neither be disclosed nor provided, for monetary gain or otherwise, to any third party. This is not to be the case however when we are required to disclose or forward your data by law.

The disclosure of your personal data to third parties (airlines, credit card, companies, organisers, hotels and other service providers) is generally necessary for the provision of a service. We assure you that your data are solely to be disclosed to companies known to us and considered essential for the provision of the service.

You are entitled to access the personal data you have entrusted us with at any time, free of charge. You are also entitled, at any time, to revoke the permission you have provided us with apropos the provision of a given service. In addition you are entitled, also at any time, to demand the deletion, suspension or revision of your data. Excluded from the aforementioned are data required by law, in particular those relevant to the settling and keeping of accounts.
