The guest rooms have their own bathroom and in the SM lounge you can unwind with brandy and a cigar by the open fire. The villa boasts a fully equipped SM studio with numerous rooms, meaning no fantasy can be left unfulfilled. The SM lounge is perfect for cosy get-together by the open fire.
You and your partner will get everything you want! The villa is open all year round. There are regular workshops led by a professional dominatrix.

The 25,000mē estate offers plentiful open space for outdoor games. Furthermore there is a Jacuzzi and pool available. In the house there is a fully equipped SM studio. The forest on the estate has stone steps which lead you to further outdoor facilities. There is a 150 year old casita similar to a dungeon.
