Change reservation for any reason
The hotel management offers its customers a stay waiver for 55 USD per person for changes in the hotel reservation for any reason.
This gives the possibility to change his confirmed stay to a later date without any reason and without any cost.
With this it is possible to cancel or change for any reason until the day of arrival.
This waiver of stay for any reason does NOT apply to flights, lost luggage, trip interruptions or optional activities such as excursions, spa/salon services, wedding license processing fees and extras.
Waiver of stay for any reason is non-refundable and only covers the cost of your hotel stay.
The Stay Waiver for Any Reason cannot be purchased after final payment has been made for your trip.
The Change For Any Reason Waiver benefit is offered by Hedonism II and is not an insurance benefit.
We STRONGLY advise you to purchase trip cancellation insurance if your booking includes flights.
Important Note: The stay waiver for any reason does not include a refund, but allows you to change the stay free of charge.
If the stay has been paid for, the credit can be transferred to a future stay date up to one year from the original stay date.
If you are unable to travel within one year, you will lose any claim to your already paid hotel stay.
It is possible to change the stay only once.
Important Notification: Beginning March 1, 2022, all visitors to Jamaica will no longer be required to complete the travel authorization form. A negative antigen or PCR test that is no more than 72 hours old at the time of entry will still be required.
