How to collect bonus points

As a customer of Aphrodite Travel, you earn bonus points with every reservation of a hotel or cruise that you can book on our website. The bonus points are automatically credited to your customer account. You can also earn bonus points by submitting a hotel review after your vacation.For a hotel review you will receive 100 bonus points. The bonus points are then automatically credited to your customer account after you save your hotel review. You can see your bonus point balance on every offer and invoice.

Bonus points are credited to you when an invoice is issued. Bonus points can be used only with your next reservation. With each reservation we automatically charge existing bonus points and deduct them from the price of the stay. If you prefer to collect your bonus points, simply let us know before issuing an invoice.

If you have a hotel stay of €1000 (minus all discounts), you will be credited with 100 bonus points. 100 bonus points are equal to €10. Bonus points are always settled in euros (€).

Bonus points are not transferable to other persons. A pro rata cash payment of bonus points is not possible. In case of cancellation, credited bonus points will be deducted again.

Bonus points do not expire.

No bonus points

Unfortunately, we can't credit you with bonus points for the following services:
- Flights
- Hotels that have been referred to you and are not in our program
- Insurance and tours / excursions.

You are welcome to visit us in person at our offices. If you are already in Berlin or come from Berlin, we would be pleased to meet you personally. We are only 10 minutes by car from the Brandenburg Gate.

Please understand that to protect the privacy of other customers, we can only arrange appointments after prior consultation. Even at short notice, an appointment is no problem, just call us.

Your booking can be made through our website online, verbally, in writing, by e-mail, by fax or by mail.

You can book with us all the hotels and cruises listed on our website. If you wish, we can also arrange the desired flights to your hotel or cruise.

Please note that we do not sell "flight only" segments. We will gladly arrange a flight for you in combination with a hotel from our travel program. As a Condor agency, we primarily offer Condor flights. But of course you can also get any other desired airline from us. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange low cost airlines (Ryanair, Easy Jet or similar) for you.

As a regular customer of Aphrodite Travel, you will enjoy benefits that service providers (hotels or cruises) do not offer you.

These include, for example, free airport transfers, service offers, late check-out or early check-in, reservation of your preferred room or cabin and free option bookings for hotel and flight.

VIP customer

VIP customers enjoy a special service at Aphrodite Travel. You have the possibility to book your hotel under a pseudonym. (Not available at all hotels). Furthermore, we organize your arrival and departure to and from the hotel by private plane or helicopter (depending on availability). You benefit from all the advantages of a regular customer and also receive privileges that you can only get with Aphrodite Travel.
