Questions and answers about flights

  • Can the flight booked by yourself?

     

    Of course.
    If you want to know the availability of the hotel room in advance, please contact us. We will be happy to check the availability for you.

    Do not book a flight if you have not received hotel confirmation from us.

  • Flight cancellations

     

    A flight can be canceled at any time before departure. The costs depend on the tariff of the booked flight ticket and the GTC of the respective airline and can be found there please. Flight reservations should be cancelled in writing, in case of cancellation by phone (only possible for customers known to us) please have the e-ticket or your reservation number ready. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

    If we cancel a flight for you there are no additional costs, this service is included in the handling fee you paid when we arranged the flight for you. when we arranged the flight for you.

  • How much is the processing fee?

     

    If we arrange a flight for you, we charge you 60 € (incl. 19% VAT) per person processing fee. This includes the arrangement of the flight ticket, settlement with the airline in direct collection, sending of the flight ticket, notification of flight time changes and if necessary the cancellation of the flight with the airline. Furthermore, we book sports luggage, seats or meals for you with the airline.

    However, if you wish to add these services at a later date, we will charge you a processing fee. Please refer to the table of charges. for the corresponding costs. The processing fee is payable in advance, a corresponding invoice will be sent to you in advance with the link to pay the invoice amount online by credit card or debit card. The processing fee is non-refundable.

  • How to book a flight with Aphrodite Travel?

     

    We will be happy to arrange a flight for you.
    We can only arrange a flight for you if you have also booked the hotel with us.
    We do not broker flight-only segments. If you would like a flight, please let us know when booking your hotel.

  • How to pay for an air ticket?

     

    The booked flight must be paid immediately by direct collection through the airline. Your credit card is required for this. The flight ticket can also be paid by direct debit if you have an account in Germany. In this case we need your bank details.

    If you do not book a Condor flight, you will receive the invoice from us, which must be paid immediately. For this you can easily and securely pay online with your credit card or debit card.

  • How to get the flight ticket?

     

    Your flight ticket is issued immediately and sent to you via e-mail. All data is stored in the airline's system, a paper ticket is no longer necessary. You only need your valid ID/passport. You will receive a booking confirmation/ETIX from us directly after booking the flight, where you can again see all the details of your flight. If you wish, we can also send you the booking confirmation/ETIX by fax or mail.

  • Is it possible to book a flight on option?

     

    You have the possibility to book a flight for 3 days on option. If you do not want to have the flight after all, no problem. You do not need to do anything. The option expires automatically after 3 days. You have no obligations. So you secure your flight at the offered airfare.

    If you wish to use these services, we will charge you a processing fee. Please refer to the table of charges for the corresponding costs. The processing fee is payable in advance a corresponding invoice will be sent to you in advance. You will receive an email with a link to pay the invoice amount online by credit card or debit card. The processing fee is non-refundable.

  • Is it possible to change a flight?

     

    A rebooking depends on the booked fare. If a rebooking is possible according to the fare conditions, this is usually associated with costs or you have booked a ticket in the "Flex fare", then a rebooking is possible free of charge.

    For most standard fares, rebooking is not possible and is equivalent to cancellation. The cost can be up to 100% of the fare. Please note that we charge a processing fee in case of rebooking. Please refer to the table of charges for the corresponding costs.

  • Low-Cost Airlines

     

    Unfortunately, we do not arrange low-cost airlines for you. Of course, you are free to book a low-cost airline for your hotel stay yourself.

  • Name changes for flight reservations

     

    Name changes for flight reservations are only possible with the appropriate fare. For many fares, name changes are equivalent to a cancellation. Therefore, it is important that you correctly include your name including all middle names as they appear in your passport when making your reservation. Please make sure that the spelling is correct.

  • Rail & Fly

     

    With many flight offers we can offer you a Rail & Fly from Deutsche Bahn. Rail & Fly takes you from any Deutsche Bahn station (www.bahn.de) directly to the airport at a reduced price. Rail & Fly can be conveniently reserved with the flight reservation You will receive the train ticket from us separately as a PDF ticket and should be carried on the day of departure. The train tickets are valid one day before departure and one day after the arrival of the flight. A refund, even for routes not used, can not be made. Please note that airlines are not responsible for train delays. lease allow sufficient time for your arrival. The airline is not obliged to transport you if you are late for your flight.

    If you wish, we can offer you a rental car that you can return at the airport. Please call us if you would like a rental car, our customer service will be happy to assist you

    If you make the seat reservation after you have booked your flight, we charge a handling fee. No handling fee is payable during the booking process of your flight.

  • Seat reservations

     

    We are happy to accept seat reservations when you make your flight reservation. Not all fares allow free seat reservations. Seat reservations may incur extra charges according to the airline's fare conditions. You will receive the relevant information when you make your booking. If you make the seat reservation after you have booked your flight, we will charge a processing fee. No handling fee is payable during the booking process of your flight.
