Further information on insolvency protection

We offer our clients, in addition to the mediation of hotels, associated travel services and package tours.

Package tours

For our package tours you will receive, in accordance with §651r of the Package Travel Act, a security certificate, which we will send to you with your invoice.

The security certificate ensures that your travel price will be refunded by the customer money insurer in the event of insolvency of BlueFields GmH, in the event that travel services are cancelled or the traveler complies with requests for payment from service providers with regard to travel services rendered, whose claims for payment have not been met by BlueFields GmbH.

If the contract also includes a flight, the agreed return transportation and accommodation until the time of return transportation is also ensured by our customer money insurer.

Associated travel services

If you book a connected travel service with us, your travel price is secured against insolvency. You will receive a security certificate for associated travel services with your invoice.
