From April 1, 2021, all tourists will be charged $10 per person
Since April 1, 2021, a tourism tax "Visitax" of 10.- USD or 224 Peso per person will be charged.
This tax can be paid before departure, during the stay or at the airport upon departure.

Payment is made by credit card and at the end of the payment you will receive a proof of payment, which you should of course save and carry with you.
Don't forget before entering the country!
A risk factor identification questionnaire ('Cuestionarios de Pasajero') must be completed online and should be done prior to arrival at: Online Application (Entry Form)
It is also possible to fill out this "Tourist Card" on site, but may then cause delays in entry.
