Runaway Bay lies between Ocho Rios in the east and Montego Bay in the west. It is one of the most scenic and tranquil coastal areas in Jamaica. The Green Grotto Caves, the largest stalactite caves on the island with stunning stalagmites, stalactites and a picturesque underground lake, are a major tourist attraction on Jamaica's north coast. Runaway Bay offers some of the best diving and snorkelling in Jamaica, with crystal clear waters and a thriving marine life.
