  • Booking Request

     

    Your booking request works like this...

    We regret to inform you that we are sometimes unable to check the availability of a requested room in the selected hotel online. For technical reasons, it is not always possible to check the availability of a room online immediately.

    For this reason, we ask you to send us a booking request with your preferred travel dates. After submitting the form you will receive a copy of your booking request.

    We will then contact the hotel directly to check availability.

    If the room is available, we will book it immediately on your behalf.
    This saves time and ensures that the room is not sold to someone else. You will then receive confirmation and an invoice, which will also be your travel confirmation.

    Please note: Your request will be considered a binding booking if the room is available.

    The conditions and price have been made known to you during the booking process to ensure transparency and trust. Our aim with this process is to make the booking process as efficient and smooth as possible for the benefit of all parties involved.

    It is important that you submit your booking request wisely and only do so if you are sure you want to book the hotel. If we have to cancel the room because you have changed your mind, you will be liable for handling charges and, in the worst case, cancellation charges from the hotel.

  • Cut-Off

     

    Cut Off are the days that the hotel or we need to ensure a proper booking process. Usually these are 1 to 4 days before the start of the trip. These days are already taken into account in the calendar at the time of arrival and can not be selected.

    Upon request and depending on availability, we can arrange an earlier arrival day with the hotel. Please contact us.

  • Early Check-Out

     

    If you leave the hotel for personal reasons before the booked day of departure (early check-out), the unused stay time cannot be refunded.

  • Late Check-in

     

    If you arrive late at the hotel your room is guaranteed. However, the unused stay time cannot be refunded. This also applies in case your flight is delayed or canceled.

  • Minimum stay

     

    There is a minimum stay for all hotel offers. When you select the travel time, it is already taken into account in the calendar, the corresponding number of days is inactive. You can always select only the first available departure day in the calendar, according to the minimum stay specified by the hotel.

    Upon request and depending on availability, we can request a different minimum stay with the hotel. Please note that this may (not must) result in a surcharge on the room rate.
