4 day week and new opening hours
Dear customers,
we would like to inform you that starting from April 14, 2023, we will close our office on Fridays and switch to a 4-day week.
However, we would like to assure you that we will continue to do everything we can to provide you with the best service possible.
We understand that changing our hours may also impact your schedule. Therefore, we have decided that we will have a staff member on site as needed to ensure that your needs can be met on Fridays.
Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
In addition, we will provide an emergency hotline for you to reach us at any time should urgent concerns arise.
We will ensure that all important inquiries and concerns continue to be handled promptly.
We want to assure you that we will work to improve our work environment to enable our employees to achieve a better work-life balance.
We believe that in the long run, this will also help to improve our service to you.
As part of this change, we will be extending our office hours from 8am to 7pm Monday through Thursday.
